The information collected helps coaches better support riders and create a positive team experience.

At the bottom of this page, you will be asked to select your "event admission" ticket. This is where you select and pay your team dues.

Through our community-supported registration model—families are invited to choose to pay their dues at a level that best fits their circumstances, helping keep the program accessible while supporting essential costs like jerseys, coach training, equipment, and more. Dues or "event admission" costs range from $75–$25, and every rider receives the same full team experience regardless of the level selected.

Waiver Statement *

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, CERTIFICATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, AND PARENTAL CONSENT

In exchange for permission for me and/or my minor child to participate in Outdoor Recreation Alliance Inc. events, programs, and / or trail work for 2026 in Wisconsin, I represent that:

*I UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY, and that the Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or in-actions, those of other Activity participants, the conditions in which the Activity takes place, or the negligence of the "RELEASEES" named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time. I acknowledge that if I and/or my minor child believe event conditions are unsafe, I and/or my minor child will immediately discontinue participation in the Activity.

*I CERTIFY THAT I AND/OR MY MINOR CHILD are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in this activity.

*I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Outdoor Recreation Alliance Inc. its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and landlords of premises on which the Activity takes place (each considered one of the "RELEASEES" herein), from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages that I and/or my minor child suffer which are caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations.

Family Volunteer Hours: La Crosse Area Mountain Bike Team requests participation from participant's families to help with the functions necessary to run the program, and to help keep costs to a minimum. Eight (8) volunteers hours per family are requested throughout the season. La Crosse area MTB team recognizes that all of its participating families have their own time priorities and constraints. It further recognizes that some families have the time and the desire to provide more volunteer hours than others, and that is welcomed and appreciated! Volunteer support from families allow the team to better support it's student athletes. Thank you! *

Student Athlete Practice Expectations By registering to be part of the La Crosse Area MTB Team, it's expected that participants attend practices from start to finish. If your child will not be attending the full practice, a parent must notify a La Crosse Area MTB Team coach directly, prior to that practice. This will help ensure the safety of each participant. Thank you for your commitment, and your communication as needed. *
